Biosecurity for employees
Employees that own poultry should also practice biosecurity at home which protects their birds as well as the birds of the feed store customers. Clothing and footwear worn while handling poultry at home should not be worn to the feed store, unless it has been washed. Likewise, employees should change their feed store work clothes before handling their own birds.
