Germs can cause diseases such as Exotic Newcastle disease and Avian Influenza and can kill birds—even an entire flock—very quickly. If you have this particular disease in your flock, you will have to destroy not only the birds that are sick, but your entire flock as well to keep the disease from spreading throughout the countryside.
