Section 3280, Japanese Beetle Exterior Quarantine - Inspections for Compliance

This amendment is to help prevent the artificial spread of Japanese beetle from the eastern United States and some Canadian provinces to California via transportation. It establishes that if, after inspection by a California State Plant Quarantine Official of any conveyance a live Japanese beetle is found, preventative action will take place.
