CDFA Language Access Policy
In compliance with the Dymally-Alatorre Bilingual Services Act (7290-7299.8), which was expanded and now requires agencies to make written materials or translation aids available in offices that perform statewide functions – as well as in offices that serve local communities – all translated forms and translation aids, such as posters and pamphlets, must be available throughout the agency in those languages that met the 5% threshold in the 2014 Language Survey. For CDFA, that language is Spanish.
