Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program

The State of California SB and DVBE Certification Program was established to increase business opportunities for the SB and DVBE community. The programs help SBs and DVBEs participate on a more level playing field when competing for state business.

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) welcomes SB and DVBE contractors and suppliers as business partners. CDFA's SB and DVBE Advocate offers information and resources to SBs and DVBEs wanting to participate in contracting and procurement opportunities with the Department.
